My mother came to visit me for my birthday and made the most wonderful cake!! The thing that was so wonderful about it was the fact that it was vegan. No eggs, butter or milk. I have no idea how the thing doesn't crumble. My husband and mum both thought it tasted like playdough!! Annie and I kinda liked it. My daughter helped her to make it and she loved it. She loves anything that is cake related. She isn't really allowed to eat sugar but I thought it might be nice of me to let her have a piece seeing as she helped to make it and it was healthier than the cupcakes that she devours at school. I am on a mission to make vegan cake and frosting taste oh so good. My lucky family!!!
